*Result*: STUDY OF OIL PRESSURE PARAMETER IN OTTO CYCLE ENGINE FOR THE DEFINITION OF QUALITY CONTROL METHOD.
*Further Information*
*In a test process for Otto cycle engines, parameter analysis is essential for reliability, defect detection, and reduction of rework. For this reason, it is important to use quality management. The development of a computational model using the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) language facilitated the acquisition and modeling of data for assertive and fast analysis. In this way, the analytical process became faster and more cost-effective. The Fire Test Bench (FTB) is a step in the production line where there was a lot of spending on rework. In addition, it was considered a limiting factor in increasing production because of its long operation time. Thus, there was the need to analyze the parameter related to oil pressure to reduce rework. As a result, it was possible to decrease the cost of fuel, increase the production capacity of 12 engines, and reduce cost. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
