Indonesia is currently entering the industrial revolution 5.0 and the digital era, where environmental factors really need to be considered in industrial companies in order to realize Innovation Performance. This study aims to test and analyze empirically the role of green human resources management on innovation performance, green product development on innovation performance, and the role of green innovation strategy as a mediation of green human resources management on innovation performance. This study involved managers in manufacturing companies in DKI Jakarta and West Java, Indonesia (96 responden). This study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with PLS 23 software in the data testing process. This study has confirmed a number of findings including green human resources management has no influence on innovation performance, but green human resources has an influence on innovation performance through a green innovation strategy; green product development has a direct influence on innovation performance, and green product development has an indirect influence on innovation performance mediated by a green innovation strategy.
