*In today's digital era, manual workshop management processes often result in data inaccuracies, service delays, and operational inefficiencies. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Workshop Management Information System (SIMaBeS) at the AHASS Honda Engine Service Workshop in East Aceh. This research is a software development study that aims to design and build a website-based workshop management application. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design with UML diagrams, implementation using PHP and MySQL, and testing using the Black Box method. The resulting system includes features for customer data management, online service reservations, spare parts inventory management, transaction recording, and financial reporting. The implementation results show that this system is capable of increasing data accuracy by up to 95%, speeding up workflow by 40%, and providing more effective and structured services for both administrators and customers. The implications of this research are the creation of a blueprint for developing similar systems for other AHASS workshops in Indonesia, as well as contributing to the digitization of MSMEs in the automotive sector. This system also has the potential to reduce operational costs by up to 30% and increase customer satisfaction through service transparency and easy access to real-time information. *Di era digital saat ini, proses pengelolaan bengkel secara manual sering kali menimbulkan ketidaktepatan data, keterlambatan layanan, dan inefisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bengkel berbasis web (SIMaBeS) pada Bengkel AHASS Honda Engine Service di Aceh Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan sistem informasi (software development) yang bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi manajemen bengkel berbasis website. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan model Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem dengan diagram UML, implementasi menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, serta pengujian dengan metode Black Box. Sistem yang dihasilkan mencakup fitur pengelolaan data pelanggan, reservasi servis online, pengelolaan stok sparepart, pencatatan transaksi, dan pelaporan keuangan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan akurasi data hingga 95%, mempercepat alur kerja sebesar 40%, serta memberikan layanan yang lebih efektif dan terstruktur bagi admin maupun pelanggan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya blueprint pengembangan sistem serupa untuk bengkel AHASS lainnya di Indonesia, serta kontribusi terhadap digitalisasi UMKM sektor otomotif.
