*Further Information*

*When a person is studying with an Internet-based course, he may probably need a calculator. This is especially important when it is a technical or scientific course. For this reason, we have implemented a calculator on a web page using, only, JavaScript programming. In this article, we explain the calculator development, the problems encountered, and their solutions. The calculator's help menu is in Spanish. If the user does not understand Spanish but is familiar with the principle of stack calculators, he can use the calculator without problems. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
