*Fashion has become a part of every individual's daily life. The way someone dresses according to fashion trends shows a person's personality and idealism. Therefore, fashion becomes a person's lifestyle. With the development of technology, searching for information has become easier, especially when using website-based applications. This presents new innovations in various website applications. One of them is an application about the development of fashion trends. However, existing applications still need development so that people are more interested in and understand information about developments in fashion trends. Therefore, this research aims to help users get to know information about the development of fashion trends as a means of information and reference ideas that can be used anytime, anywhere easily. The research method used was Waterfall and the stages of system initiation, system analysis, system design using UML and system implementation using the PHP programming language, for data processing using MYSQL, and coding implementation using the CodeIgniter framework. It is hoped that the results of the research can be used by the public to obtain information about the development of fashion trends anywhere at any time easily and in an interesting way for users. *Fashion telah menjadi bagian dalam kehidupan sehari-hari setiap individu. Cara seseorang berpakaian yang mengikuti tren fashion memperlihatkan kepribadian dan idealisme seseorang. Maka dari itu fashion menjadi lifestyle atau gaya hidup seseorang. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi, pencarian mengenai informasi menjadi lebih mudah khususnya pada penggunaan aplikasi berbasis website. Hal ini menghadirkan inovasi baru berbagai aplikasi website. Salah satunya aplikasi tentang perkembangan tren fashion. Namun aplikasi yang ada masih perlu pengembangan agar masyarakat lebih tertarik dan memahami informasi tentang perkembangan tren fashion. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu user dalam mengenal informasi mengenai perkembangan tren fashion sebagai sarana informasi maupun rujukan ide yang bisa digunakan kapanmu dimanapun dengan mudah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan Waterfall dan dengan tahapan pemulaan sistem, analis sistem, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML dan implementasi sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, untuk pengolahan data menggunakan MYSQL, dan penerapan coding menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Hasil penelitiannya diharapkan dapat digunakan masyarakat dalam mendapat informasi mengenai perkembangan tren fashion dimanapun kapanpun dengan mudah serta menarik bagi pengguna.
