*The study aimed to examine the impact of the digital economy (digital empowerment, digital technology, number of internet users) on sustainable development in Palestine. To achieve this objective, the descriptive quantitative analytical method was employed. The sample of the current study was drawn from 14 years during the study period from 2010 to 2023. Consequently, the hypothetical sample size equals 70 observations (14 years × 5 indicators). The Ewies software was used to analyze the study data. The study revealed several findings, the most significant of which is that there is a positive impact of the digital economy (digital empowerment, digital technology, number of internet users) on sustainable development in Palestine. It contributes positively to enhancing sustainable development in Palestine by improving the economy, strengthening the social fabric, and reducing negative environmental impacts. Fundamental transformations towards a more sustainable and prosperous Palestinian society are achieved through increasing gross domestic product (GDP) and reducing poverty rates. One of the key recommendations is to develop training and capacity-building programs to enable employees in government institutions to fully utilize digital tools and enhance their participation in the digital economy. This can be achieved by analyzing governmental policies that contribute to promoting digital empowerment to reduce poverty rates and increase GDP. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
