*Result*: Exploring concomitants and upper records in Bivariate Pseudo Powered Rayleigh models.
*Further Information*
*AbstractIn this study, we explore the statistical characteristics of the p-th upper record values (URV) along with their corresponding values under the framework of the bivariate pseudo powered Rayleigh (BPPR) distribution. The concomitants corresponding to the p-th URV have explicit expressions for their single and product moments, which are derived along with their single and joint probability distributions. A primary contribution of the current study is the MVLUE for the location and scale parameters of these concomitants, thus allowing statistically sound measurements. Furthermore, we present detailed investigations of the survival and hazard functions along with the corresponding tabularized numerical results that reveal the reliability features of the BPPR distribution. These results broaden the theoretical framework of concomitant record statistics and provide practical tools for applications in reliability engineering, survival analysis, and related areas.
