This research aims to design e-marketplace systems that can facilitate fish cultivators and fishers in marketing fish farming. The stages in this research are analysis, design, implementation, and testing of the system. In developing the system, the information needed is administrator data, customers, fishermen, fish cultivators, types of fish, data on sale and purchase, and data on fish shipments. System development used an object-oriented approach, and structured methods were applied using the PHP programming language with CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. This information technology can support the fish sales and marketing process. The research results are a website-based marketplace system design that fish buyers and sellers can access to buy and sell transactions. Then the ordered fish can be delivered through a delivery service such as a motorcycle taxi driver for the nearest area or a boxcar for the farthest areas and who order in large quantities. With this system, it is expected that it can improve cultivators' welfare in selling fish by reaching a wider market to increase income turnover and being a media of information for users regarding the information on various types of fish.
